Custom orders require at least 2 days notice and may be subject to additional processing time.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

After 24 hours, cancellations may not be eligible for a refund due to processing and customization.

Refunds are not available for perishable items (flowers, food-based gift baskets).
3. Delivery & Shipping Policy

We offer local delivery within Miami-Dade and Broward counties and nationwide shipping on selected items.

Delivery fees vary based on location and will be calculated at checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses; we are not liable for incorrect information leading to delivery issues.
