1. Order & Payment Policy

  • All customs order must be paid in full before processing.

  • We accept credit cards, PayPal, Zelle sent to order@omgluxurydesigns.com.

  • Custom orders require at least 2 days notice and may be subject to additional processing time.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  •  Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

  • After 24 hours, cancellations may not be eligible for a refund due to processing and customization.

  • Refunds are not available for perishable items (flowers, food-based gift baskets).

3. Delivery & Shipping Policy

  •  We offer local delivery within Miami-Dade and Broward counties and nationwide shipping on selected items.

  • Delivery fees vary based on location and will be calculated at checkout.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses; we are not liable for incorrect information leading to delivery issues.

5. Custom & Corporate Orders

  • For custom and corporate gift baskets for events, clients, and bulk order, please email us through order@omgluxurydesigns.com for inquiries and pricing.

6. Privacy Policy

  • We value your privacy! Your personal information is only used to process orders and
    will never be shared or sold to third parties.
